My stay at Yanmin Hot Spring Resort was memorable. The hot spring bath in my room was a highlight, providing pure relaxation after a day of hiking. However, I found the food options somewhat limited. especially given the restaurant only offers Chinese dishes and the afternoon tea is quite basic.
